The 3 little pigs

So earlier this year I signed up for Armand Serrano's Environment Sketching for Production at CGMA, and I am soooo glad I did. I learnt so much over the 9 weeks,  the best part was learning creative new ways to approach environment designs. The course was full of knowledge and ideas on how to take a simple sketch through to production and all the little things that make a environment have story, my little mind was blown. But also watching an expert sketch sketch and build an enviroment with the lasso tool, blew my mind.
This is my final piece from the course, I focused on the story of the 3 little pigs, and this is the stick hut design.
I have a lot of development work I need to sift through but I promise to post some soon.

If you haven't already, you can check Armand Serrano's work out here: Armand Serrano

the hike was worth this view

Delicate Arch in Utah, it was a race in time to hike up the hill and find a seat before sunset, but wow it was worth it!  Even the crowd booed a guy who got in everyones photo. So manny different types of brown in this painting, such a learning curb!

ooh lala paris

Oh I waited as long as I could, after building and building all the colours, there was nothing left to do  but bite the bullet and add in the Eiffel tower. I learnt so much about how to send warm colours into the background in this piece I recommend everyone to grab the paints out!
